Bookings

A place is confirmed once booking is complete and payment, where required, has been received.

Cancellations and refunds

If you need to cancel, please tell us as early as you can. Refunds and credits are at our discretion unless a session is cancelled by us, in which case you will be offered a replacement session or a refund.

Behaviour

We expect all learners to be respectful to staff and other learners. We may ask a learner to leave a session if their behaviour affects the safety or learning of others.

Equipment

Learners are responsible for the equipment they bring. For online sessions, a suitable computer and internet connection are needed.

Photos and recordings

We will not photograph or record learners without permission from a parent or carer.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
